  1. Authors about the map:
"For Europe at least, it's obvious: all roads lead to Rome! The eternal city can be reached via more than 500,000 routes across the continent. We have arranged all the starting points in a grid of 26,503,452 km², which covers Europe. Each cell contains the starting point of a travel route to Rome, and we have 486,713 such points."

  2. All roads lead to Rome...True as the attached picture shows....

  3. It looks like the nerve that the Vatican is.

This map is false, i.e. other roads, which do not necessarily lead to Rome, were removed from it. This means that if we made such a map with Warsaw or Berlin, "all" roads would lead to these cities, too. At the bottom of the page are given the United States with the most important roads.

In the entry there is a manipulation that supposedly all roads lead to Rome, which is not the case, because the creators of the map created only an algorithm that determines the destination from any point in Europe as Rome. European capitals are shown below, and federal capitals in the US are shown in the same way.

So detective, I believe this was merely unconscious manipulation. Besides, the saying that all roads lead to Rome comes from the Roman Empire, not from the Bible.

    1. "Besides, the saying that all roads lead to Rome dates back to the Roman Empire, not the Bible."

As I write this I mean that it is clearly stated in the Bible who is the harlot...

  5. With every major city in Europe, this can be done, just one glance at google maps will show that they have chosen the roads that suit them and did not show the roads that do not fit. The whole of Europe is gridded with freeways and expressways, and they do not converge at any particular point.

    1. hmmm then why did they do something like this pointing to Rome?

  6. The last section of the road of this network, leading from Milan to Rome, is called the "Highway of the Sun". (Autostrada del Sole), which was probably intended to emphasize the importance of the solar cult prevailing in Rome, as well as the entire Catholic Church. Well, soon almost the whole world will be celebrating lavishly (most unknowingly, of course) the birth of Mithras.
