The University of Oklahoma held a "Drag Queen Story Hour" for 2-year-olds.

In early April, the American Public University in Oklahoma held a "Drag Queen Story Hour" for two-year-olds.

 

The event " Drag Queen Story Hour " , held on April 9, was part of Pride 2022 month hosted by Oklahoma State University .

The event description stated that Ami Rhetto and Olivia Lycan, two drag performers, read books that emphasized inclusion and acceptance.

"The books listed are Red A Crayon's Story  Michael Hall and  Speak Up Miranda Paul," the description reads.

The event was hosted by the Oklahoma State University Museum of Art and the Oklahoma State University OSU Office of Multicultural Affairs .

As part of Pride of the University week, the Oklahoma State University Student Union Activities Council also hosted "Condom Bingo."
