Photoshopped lies of women and a different image of men.

I remember in the nineties when a neighbor of my parents' age recommended me to read Playboy, knowing my intellectual and political interests. At the time, Korwin Mikke wrote for the magazine, as did, I think, Zygmunt Kaluzynski and several other famous people. I subscribed to this magazine. Of course I wasn't strong enough not to look at the pages, although I read the whole magazine from cover to cover, including the "humor" section. :-).

 

Everyone likes beauty...But Satan uses beauty as well as music to take over the temple of the Spirit, which is the human body.

 

Years later I laughed when I learned from some publication that all Playboy models were products of Photshop experts 😀 😀

I laughed even harder when I realized that men onanize themselves next to women who don't exist because only the facial features are original and the rest is the work of a graphic designer :D.

In this situation, it is a reason to quit this habit....

 

Evil warps everything. I'm also reminded of a movie with Meg Ryan called "Kate and Leopold." The plot goes something like this: Leopold is a 19th century aristocrat and inventor. From what I remember he has moved back in time to the early years of the 21st century to modern day Manhattan. He takes up residence in the house of a mad scientist - Stuart. There he meets Stuart's independent and planning a fast career ex-girlfriend - Kate, with whom he falls in love. She, through her connections, harnesses him to a food commercial. It is known that the attention to form and the smile of the actor (Leopold) are supposed to convince people to buy the food. However, after the recording of the commercial, this aristocrat from the 19th century tastes the product he advertised and spits it out after the first sip, in a reflex of dislike and disgust. Appalled by the fraud he had been tricked into, he ran away from the studio.

 

The same is true not only with makeup. Some women tweak their photos in the well-known Photoshop program to look nice on the internet. This is the same lie that politicians serve us. A lie is a lie.

 

Recently a sister in England confided in me that she had given up some of her makeup. I no longer remember the details. I remember only that she decided she no longer wanted the glamour of men. She will correct me if she wants to, but God led her to that part of the truth about herself that touches on the feminine.

 

I wouldn't want any woman to feel affected because this is a mass practice, let me give a pictorial example in the other direction, that is, men lying.

 

 

It's even better on the Internet. In dating sites and chat rooms, it is common to underestimate age, weight, etc.

Somewhere on a blog I have but I don't know where a meme where a man chats with a young woman describing himself as handsome and young, and behind him is his wife with a roller already... Great illustration of wanting to see yourself to others.

 

 

Television is no different. The media shows what they want to show and that is also a lie, which means that all television is a lie.

 

 

 

 

It is more convenient for people to lie than to work on themselves. Today everything has to be fast and no matter by what means. This is the case with food and our image. Pills for slimming within 14 days. They do not even make an effort to write that it is for 3 months, but for example 14 days, because otherwise the customer would not buy it.

Satan causes us to want to see ourselves only nice and good, but the Holy Spirit shows us our sins and weaknesses and that is not cool to many....

 

"But the participation of the fearful, and of unbelievers, and of the defiled, and of murderers, and of fornicators, and of sorcerers, and of idolaters, and all the liars shall be a lake burning with fire and brimstone. This is the second death." Rev. 21.

 

The Holy Spirit leads into all truth. Including the truth about ourselves. This is what I wish for all of us.
