As the information from Radio Zet's website reads:
"In late April, 16-year-old Davis Allen Cripe suddenly collapsed and died at the scene. Now we have learned the results of the teen's autopsy. It turned out that the cause of the American's death was an excess of caffeine in his body, which led to a heart arrhythmia.
Davis Allen Cripe did not consume alcohol or use drugs. His death was caused by a mixture of products that many people use every day.
On that tragic day, the teen consumed a large bottle of soda, a latte coffee from McDonald's and an energy drink. All of this in a span of up to two hours.
The mixture of stimulating drinks led to a rapid and sudden increase in caffeine levels in the blood. The boy's body couldn't handle it."
"All things are lawful for me, but not everything is profitable." 1 Corinthians 6:12
Alcoholism, cigarettes are easy to identify addictions that harm the body. With caffeine, however, it's not so obvious and it's easy for us to lose vigilance. One coffee in the morning to stimulate, and soon afterwards another at work to keep us company, and so on, coffee to coffee, and the consequences, as you can see, can be tragic.
Let us not destroy with bad habits the temple of the Holy Spirit that we are.
"Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you no longer belong to yourselves?" 1 Corinthians 6:19
I read about this tragic death about a week ago and it shook me so much that with the help of God I have been drinking one, max 2 black teas a day for the past few days, whereas before I used to drink it by the liters.
Sometimes I think to myself...we pray before we eat, asking God to bless it for us...but what if I were to drink a bottle of Coke and first pray that God would bless it for me? There is no way I could pray like that with the knowledge of how unhealthy it is. The Holy Spirit would not allow it, because it would be like an insult to God that I would consciously put some garbage in my body and then ask God not to harm me? And unfortunately, I still sometimes drink that cola :- /.
I've been praying before eating for a while now, mostly I was convinced by the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94sQgqHFYE4
This is important, especially since we have no control over the growing of crops or the "production" of meat and dairy (I won't even mention cold cuts and sausages, because it's a massacre). But that's not what I wanted to write about 😉 .
After prayer, I won't even eat a whole dish if I know it's not very nutritious. For example, today out of sheer laziness (I confess) I fried up some kopytki. I only ate a few of them. Why? Because I know they are mostly empty calories, leaving out the potatoes. Prayer and the guidance of the Holy Spirit is the recipe for the best diet!!!
Lately, I've even found myself eating homemade waffles (they're generally from a candy store, but that's what they're called) in my head: "Are you sure you should be eating this? After all, you know it's neither nutritious nor healthy." After such a thing, there's no way I can continue to enjoy the snack ;P
PS. i recommend the whole video author channel in general 😉
There's been a total acidification of the blood... We also can't overstate the neutralization of the blood reaction.
Regular coffee (instant is supposedly healthier, but not really) is not as scary as all those supposedly energy drinks and heavily carbonated colored waters (often with aspartame and other crap, poisonous sweeteners)...
It is best to quench your thirst with mineralised water straight from the wells. But not everyone has that opportunity...
Popular tap water is like that, only it's often spiked with fluoride...
As for tap water, just filter it. You can either buy such a filter for your tap or a filter pitcher 😉 .
I recommend checking out this link: http://pijewodezkranu.org/
Generally in Poland we don't have such tragic water. And let's enjoy our tap water as long as we have clean water.
Too bad you can't find mineral water in a glass bottle very much ;/
I use a water filter in my teapot but only for tea, because raw filtered water tastes so strangely sweet 🙂 .
I once saw in a few local PSSs water in a glass bottle from one of the local manufacturers (Krynka, I recommend their sparkling and still water, but not the flavored ones and not their sodas - they have terrible composition) 🙂 Besides, there is probably also Cisowianka Perlage sometimes in glass bottles, and some spa waters such as Żuber... from abroad even Borjomi is sometimes in glass bottles ... but the fact is, the glass bottles could be present more often
It's not too bad with tap water either, but I guess it depends on the place and what's going on nearby (e.g. presence of big industrial plants, people dumping waste into rivers, etc.) 🙂
I have a water filtering jug myself, my parents also have one (similar model and color) and there is indeed a difference in taste... I've even seen in Rossmann (?) a special bottle made by one of the companies dealing with water filtering jugs, into which you put a filter (separately bought - I think there were 3 of them, they looked a bit like pieces of a pencil 😀 ) and you can pour water straight from the tap and after filtering just drink it 🙂 supposedly you can save money on plastic bottles 🙂 .
And the link is great, only they could update this map, because e.g. in some cities places offering tap water are no longer there :/.
As an alternative to coffee and tea... I've found a way to make delicious lemonade: make it like regular lemonade (lemon + mint leaves for example) but use water Dobrowianka LIGHTLY GASED. It is sensational, slightly bubbly 🙂 .
I recommend Krynka still and carbonated waters, but not sodas or flavored waters from this company, because they have a terrible composition :/
A person who has been demonized in any way by Babylon and her lusts cannot be reasoned with in the traditional-conventional way. All that remains then is to pray to God for the conversion of such a person.
it seems to me that it was the energy drink that did the harm rather than the coffee. You don't overdose on coffee and if you do, you need to drink a lot of it, as I sometimes drank 25 tablespoons of brewed coffee a day and there was nothing according to scientists you need to drink 1kg of coffee for it to be lethal.
And I have been drinking water from a well for a while now 😉 my dad dug it quite a few years ago when he was building, the water from it is crystal clear and most of all delicious 😀
But awesome 😀

Have you heard about Jesus' prayer in Aramaic ?
What the words of this prayer do ie:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AaRy7sAgL8o
Our Father who art in heaven,
Abwoon d'bashmaya,
Hallowed be thy name,
Nithqadash shmokh,
Thy Kingdom Come,
Tete malkuthokh,
Thy will be done,
Nehwe sebyonokh,
as in heaven, so on earth.
aykano d'bashmayo oph b'arho.
Give us this day our daily bread,
Hab lan lachmo d'sunqonan yowmono,
And forgive us our trespasses,
Washbuq lan hawbayn wahtohyn,
as we forgive our trespassers,
aykano doph hnan shbaqan l'hayobayn,
And lead us not into temptation,
Lo ta'lan l-nesyuno,
But deliver us from evil.
elo paso lan men bisho
For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory
Metul d-dylokh hi malkutho whyalo wteshbuto
forever and ever.
l'olam olmin.
Amen
Amin
It is amazing... I personally listening only to this prayer and saying the words at the same time (I am a Christian who converted to the New Age), I feel a great peace and actually under the influence of this prayer I am able to function normally, I gave my life to Jesus and I fight spiritually.
Please tell me your feelings about this song.
Convert or did I understand correctly that you are a Christian who has converted to the new age?
* With the New Age, my mistake.
Ahh that's good, because I was already starting to get worried 🙂 Welcome to the club because I went from the same path 🙂 I don't know Aramaic, maybe Eve who learned this language will comment here, if she still looks here.
As for the Lord's Prayer I remember I had a time of deep meditation on this prayer, it really edifies and gives sustenance 🙂 Welcome to the family and may the Lord God bless, guard and guide you 🙂
"Whoever is tempted, let him not say that God tempts him. For God is neither tempted to evil, nor does he tempt anyone." Guided by these words, I dropped the passage, "and lead us not into temptation" in favor of and do not allow us to be tempted and so taught my daughter. What is your opinion on the subject?
Same thing Slawek 🙂 except it's more "don't let us be tempted" because "don't let us be tempted" sounds like God is supposed to keep temptations from us, and God allows temptations to come to us.
Welcome, God be praised.
Shabbat Shabbat and it's almost past Shabbat. Because Lena Lena asked me to describe my impressions after visiting a Messianic Jewish congregation, so I am describing right now in public.
First, it turned out that it wasn't a church at all. We met in a private home of a married couple. There were barely seven of us. Me and Kamil were the youngest (no surprise really ;p) The rest were middle-aged people (over 40 ;at) and one old grandma, which surprised me a lot, because older people tend to be Catholics. But to the point. The atmosphere was really great. At the beginning we talked a bit, the hosts told us who they are, how they meet and such "organizational matters". Then we prayed and got down to Bible study, which is practically the same thing we do at conventions. There was no heresy, there were jokes, there were discussions, and I learned many new things. I won't describe the entire meeting here. We were welcomed very well, we were given challah, we also got a two-course dinner (żurek and some...something...I don't know what, but it was definitely good and kosher. Some rice, meat and something like a chop and some salad), When we had finished our studies, we went for a little walk around the city (Kobyłka, near Warsaw). During lunch and breaks we were entertained by Christian music. Overall it was a very well spent Sabbath. And the host asked us if we were keeping our diet, and Grandma:
"After him (Kamil) you can see it, but after him (this about me) not so much".
😀
I think it's time to lose weight 😉
Generally it was a meeting in the same style as our conventions. Not that you come to the church, sit in the pew and the pastor speaks the sermon, but such a small home group, everyone of course could speak. In a word, the only drawback was the distance (1 hour and 30 minutes).
Karolku, 1,5 hours is a short distance.I from Szczecin actually have everywhere far away 😉
Praise the Lord Jesus for your holy assembly on the Sabbath day.
All I ask is that whoever can remember to pray for Rózal to meet Jesus, for what?

and not to put it modestly, I see potential 😉
It's shocking what coffee like this can do to a person....
Fact here this boy combined three ingredients.
But people are drinking these coffees on a massive scale.
I gave up cigarettes, vodka with no problem, and coffee...I still intend to. I drink it (although on common sense, what could be the value of that black water? 🙂 ) not so much to stimulate, but unfortunately out of habit because it lost any stimulating value in my case a long time ago. I'll have to give it up because I know it's not good for my body and on the contrary it drains my stomach 😛 Just a word about those drinks that are supposed to be uplifting. After consuming one called Lucozyde I got pale, dizzy, sweaty, my hands were trembling and my heart was pounding. Years ago I used to mix all those energy drinks with vodka, just to relax at the weekend 🙂 It gave me a powerful kick and unfortunately a powerful hangover when the "energy" had worn off. I am writing this only as a warning not to drink this crap 🙂 .

As much as it conflicts with our faith, let us not forget the science.
I have been reading this blog for a month now. I ended up here in search of Radtrap. Your admin's diagnosis of his plight (I hope our prayers for him helped ) amazingly resembled my story. I had become paranoid, distrustful, and various fears. The Lord God sent me here. I began to not only see conspiracies but more importantly find the Word of God. I realize every day that this is very difficult. I wanted to devour the whole Bible at once. Now reading it, after five verses I have a reflection for the whole day.
I am a sinner who has been led around by Satan most of my life. I abhor it and continue to struggle with it.
I lack words to appreciate the good word from you and the commenters.
Someday I will gather the courage to describe my personal gospel.
You don't have to sign a cyrograph in blood to physically suffer for your sins.
People like you give me hope and faith in Our Wonderful Father.
Thank you and best regards.
I apologize for the chaos in my speech, but it is hard to describe the truth that God's Word reflects. I hope that I will be able to join your ranks.
Hello helmans, we are glad to have another person join our community.
Feel comfortable here and share your thoughts with us, maybe share a testimony of your conversion?
May God bless you abundantly in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
